This October we’re excited to be featuring Craig Calhoun and the Brothers once more! They’re the greatest band Crows Nest has seen and with a stellar performance they’ll be sure to have you up and grooving! New Orleans Cafe is the perfect environment for a live gig, especially in Spring time when the weather is sublime! Swing on by anytime from 7 to 10 to catch these guys – and remember, it’s a Wednesday night so gather your friends and swing past!

What: Zydeco Music is native of Louisiana and encompasses a mixture of french, blues and jazz – it pretty much rocks the house! If you want to catch a feel of what it would be like having a drink on bourbon street – catch these guys! New Orleans is a unique place with unique food and music – worth the experience!

When: Saturday April 9th
What: This will be Evan’s debut gig leading his own band at the cafe! Still in school, Evan is a teen prodigy who is well on his way to musical mastery! Most noted for his sax work he’s also multi-instrumental and can play most wind instruments

What: A motley crew of jazz musicians – this is almost as wild as jazz gets! They do some fantastic jazz-ified versions of popular songs as well as some cracker classics – planning a wedding? come check out the moods!

What: One of our newest acoustic sets who we are absolutely adoring! Playing a mixture of original tracks and covers along the likes of Norah Jones and Joni Mitchell this is a really cool little gig that’s worth swingin’ by for!

What: A smooth crew of musicians who know how to se the mood – they do a variety of musical styles and really set the cafe scene! fantastic to just sit back with that pinot and praise the saturday night gods!

What: An incredibly talented and youthful jazz collection – all students at the con and with many years experience between them! You wouldn’t believe their age once you’ve heard them play – they are really going places!
